We don’t know yet, as Spider-Man: Homecoming hasn’t filmed a single inch of footage. However, the bulk of the Marvel Cinematic Universe films have aimed for, and earned, PG-13 ratings, and we’d be willing to bet our mortgage that Spider-Man: Homecoming will stay in that range. There’s no way that Marvel will let Homecomingdrift toward R-rated materials, and with this being a coming-of-age story, told in the John Hughes mold, I doubt it will be soft enough to be PG. Just my educated guess, at this stage.
