Gorkha Landslide

Nepal Khabar: At least three persons died and three others were injured when a landslide struck Karauja VDC-3 of Gorkha district on Tuesday.
According to DSP Birendra Thapa of the District Police Office, Gorkha, the deceased have been identified as Kaji Maya Gurung (45), Kin Maya Gurung (35) and Sandeep Ghale Gurung (15).
Thapa said that Suk Ram Gurung, Tange Gurung and Ukal Gurung were injured in the incident.
They are receiving treatment at a local health post in the district.
Police said that the incident took place while they were repairing a road damaged by the April 25 earthquake last year.
